Introduction to Soft Serve Lab

  • Featuring industry expert Carin Jagt of Nic Netherlands, this guide highlights everything you need to know about professional ice cream preparation. Including a complete overview of machines, equipment, accessories, recipes and creative decorating techniques. You’ll also learn the fundamentals of crafting ice cream, milkshakes, and frappes, along with best practices for storage, handling, and serving.
